We start let’s go over the ingredients use an all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, some white chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, butter, brown sugar, eggs, baking soda, baking powder, salt and vanilla extract that’s it easy peasy right. First thing we do is get your oven to 350 get that out of the way. Now i’m
using my new circle on baking sheets. I’m so excited about because if you see these ridges these ensure that nothing sticks absolutely nothing sticks and I love that and it comes with this little rack. So it’s like two-for-one right love you. I’m so excited to use them okay i’m gonna make these in a bowl which is a whisk and a spatula. I think fancy so you can definitely make this just like that so in this bowl. We’re going to cream together the butter which is half a stick which equals a half a cup or 113 grams to that i’m gonna add the brown sugar and the regular granulated sugar. I’m using my whisk, i’m just gonna combine and get these on nice and creamy go into egg my egg, vanilla extract.
I want to add too much because the white chocolate chips. I actually have vanilla in them. So i don’t want to overpower the vanilla taste so go ahead and just whisk that up. Until it’s combined going to add my flour, baking powder, baking soda in my salt mix those up. Now i’m just going to fold in my macadamia nuts which I’ve also thought that when i bought them they’re already cut in half. But if you buy them and they’re not cut like they’re full. You want them on just give them a a light little chop. Because they are quite big just going to mix them in with a spatula to get them combined that looks about right i want to over mix them. Now i’m just gonna get peace whoa whoa and get these aside just like that and first cookie sheet. I’m going to put 12 on each cookie sheet. I’m using a small ice cream scoop which is the equivalent a 1 tablespoon.
3So, if you don’t have a small ice cream scoop just use a 1 tablespoon measuring like a measuring spoon and then like roll them out to make sure they’re you know nice and even go ahead and place them about an inch or so apart last one then these are going to go into your oven 350 for about 10 minutes no longer they will not look like they’re completely brown and like ready to eat. But that’s because that’s what it looks like and when they cool they will set so
these are going to go in and then. I’m going to put them on my a cooling rack that came with my beautiful circular on baking sheet set and then once they’re cooled will share them together. All i did was let these bake for 10 minutes. Put them on a wire rack and they’re done. They’re as simple as that a headless monkey can make these cookies doesn’t take much. But i gotta tell you the payoff is unreal.
