We can get started we’re going to some pre-made tomato, basil marinara this is just my homemade version.I’ve got some c-team.I’ve got one little small onion that.I finally sliced I’ve got some leftover turkey that I just pulled apart and this is a dark meat. I’ve got some sliced up mushrooms chili pepper, paste, some white wine, salt and pepper, olive oil, some parmigiano and a little basil and you are done this is not take less than ten minutes so the very first thing you want to do is get a big pot fill it with water a generous sprinkling of salt because the sauce is going to cook in the same amount of time that the process will be cooking in so before we add the pasta to the boiling water I’ve got a big skillet here with some olive oil preheating.

2

I’m going to add my mushrooms and my onions here that a stir.I’m going to add my pasta to the boiling water and I’m going to come right back and walk you through step by step on how to pull this whole thing off to my onions and mushrooms.I’m just going to season these a little bit with some salt and pepper also helps show out the liquid from the vegetables and cook a bit faster now a traditional cacciatore the way I make it anyway you cook the tons of onions and garlic and mushrooms and bell peppers until they’re really nice contender and a lot of red wine and feminist positively delicious this is just a quicker version of it and unveil it’s perfect put left over with leftover turkey now.I’m using a couple shortcuts one of them being some chili pepper paste now this.

I find in my local grocery store right next to the tomato paste it is spicy so it’s doing two things at once it’s replacing a little bit of that pepper flavor from the deli would put normally bell peppers in and it’s also adding a little bit of a kick that we would normally add some pepper flakes so please be careful because that is pretty spicy so I’m just gonna add a little bit to it right in the middle I like things a bit spicy so I’m adding a couple teaspoons also we are using some pre-made um marinara sauce that’s just going to keep things again just going to help things get them a lot quicker and instead of using red wine.

5I’m using white wine because red wine you need to cook it for a long time and really I don’t have time for that so I’m just going to add a splash of white wine and this is just my white wine that I got from club W this month this was on our pick for them this month and as you can see we have enjoyed this quite a bit it’s lovely and crisp it’s not sweet it goes perfectly with cooking so I’m going to add a splash it out right in there let that bubble away for just a few seconds to cook the alcohol cooked out awesome and now I’m going to chew its add my pre-made marinara sauce right in you can see it’s got tons of garlic in there and fresh basil already and my shredded turkey and this makes a turkey go really a lot further because all I have is 8 ounces of Turkey there so that’s going to feed six people easily go ahead and give that a stir turn it down to low and pretty much let that heat up together while the pasta is cooking get some fresh basil chopped in the meantime and you are ready to rock and roll my friend my sauce is done just going to add some fresh chopped basil at the very end the pasta is cooked and drained.

6

I put it back in the same big pot so we can stir the whole thing up really nicely for that glorious bye see flavorful sauce right in there try to get as much of it as you can and then a really good grading apartment Gianna is an order my friend absolutely it kind of ties everything together gives it extra so saltiness and cheesiness andI think any pasta dish without parmigiana Liz now it’s like breaking the wall give this a really good stir and as you can see eight ounces of Turkey a pound of pasta and some sauce that we threw together in less than 10 minutes will feed a crowd happily so that always makes me feel good and it smells like a traditional cacciatore would but we just did this and a lot faster a lot faster and it’s just going to be delicious.I’m gonna give this a quick taste look at this little ladle Who am I kidding that I bring this little ladle out to serve myself how pathetic is this boiler.

7

I won’t like a shovel instead of this little ladle but that’s okay this is just a quick little taste and it will do it will do just fine and see good piece of Turkey mushroom come on pasta smells incredible ha you are going to be so thankful for this recipe because it’s absolutely delicious it keeps really beautifully in the fridge fry it up the next day in a skillet with a little teeny tiny bit of oil to its really nice and crispy around the edges.
