How To Make Sun-Dried Tomato And Smoked Mozzarella Brusco.

  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • Italian Bread
  • Crusty
  • Some Smoked Mozzarella
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic
  • Some Bluey Gooey Mozzarella
  • Smoked Mozzarella



The ingedients some marinated, some marinated sun-dried tomatoes but the two together it was so good. So now we’ve been eating like constantly to make this of course you’re gonna need some good quality Italian bread. This is just some really delicious crusty, Italian bread that I got at the supermarket. I just drizzled it with a little bit of olive oil on both sides some smoked mozzarella that I have thinly sliced one clove of garlic and these are just some marinated sun-dried tomatoes whoops that I have just finely chopped again. The first thing you wanna do is get your grill pan nice and hot and get your broiler preheated and now that mine is nice and hot. I’m just going to put my bread right on there.


I’m just going to let the bread cook for a couple minutes on each side or until and gets lovely little grill marks my bread looks good taking it off the grill pan. And now the moment it comes off the grill pan I’m taking a whole clove of garlic. I’m just rubbing one side with it and if you can immediately smell it and your bruschetta is gonna have this just delicious garlic flavor. But no actual garlic pieces to bite down on which can be handy. Especially if you’re having like a date night and you want to smooch but to garlic cancel each other out. So now that really matters never stopped me before so you take your sun-dried tomatoes that you’ve chopped up and you put just a little bit on each one spread it out. Nicely last one time to top them off with some bluey gooey mozzarella, smoked mozzarella.


I’m using but really you can use whatever your heart desires. I mean I’m using these ingredients, because it’s what I have on hand when I meet it’s the first time which was no more than a couple weeks ago right after Easter. But I’m telling you we became obsessed. Now we make this all the time so this is going to go under my broiler for just a minute or so or until the cheese is melted and it’s golden brown and bubbly. I’ll show you what that looks like when it’s done look at that ah it looks so good smells insane. Now I know I want hmm I really like the charred edges on that one. But that’s bigger that has more cheese no i’ll take this one I like the charred edges best. Now I’m just going to take this put it aside take this put it on my plate. I’m going to just give it a second to cool because I do not want to burn myself because this is bubbling cheese after all. Here we go so tempting,I’m gonna sit here for a second hole like this well like a minute mmm so good.


There’s nothing else to say here all right so good this is the kind of food that makes me like super giddy like you know what it’s so simple and it’s so easy. But it’s so good, you can’t just get enough of it and it takes like two seconds to put together. This is the kind of food that I just makes me so happy and I mean I cook simple things anyway because I don’t have time or patience for anything that’s complicated and difficult and it takes forever. It’s really just to consumes my life mmm that is delicious. I mean mmm the technology don’t even need a recipe for this.
