It’s healthy, it’s quick, it’s delicious so let’s get to it the ingredients are going to need four it’s so simple and easy. You’re gonna need some fresh strawberries, fresh banana, a couple of oranges and this is some this is my i would say secret ingredient this is some greek yogurt. This is a strawberry banana flavored. But you can use any yogurt you like now the reason why i use yogurt is because first of all i’m actually obsessed with greek yogurt at the moment. I have been making so many recipes substituting cream cheese or heavy cream or any kind of heavy thing like that with greek yogurt. It’s got a lot of great health benefits. But it tastes delicious creamy and custardy. It means that i only have to use a little bit instead of having to use a whole cup of milk or you know something like that so i really like it, so that’s why i use it.

So we’re going to do this in a blender of course. Now in here i’m just going to put pretty much everything in my strawberries which are nice and clean washed fresh my banana that i’ve cut into pieces. I’m going to juice two oranges in here almost there that looks about right. You’re looking for about a third of a cup of fresh orange juice great tools. I’m going to add in my greek yogurt this is really nice and thick. It’s going to give great body and texture to our smoothie and just because i like it super cold. I’m gonna put in a few cubes of ice and that also makes it kind of frothy which i really like so lay it on whizz. This up until it’s nice and pureed and smoothly like done so good oh look at that. Now i make so many different varieties of smoothies. It’s kind of ridiculous. But the strawberry banana has to be on the top five favorite mmm. So delicious refreshing you feel like it’s a nice treat.

But it’s so healthy for you and i’m telling you once you start making it. I mean it takes literally two minutes to make so you can whiz this up in the morning really quickly. Put it in a to-go cup on your way to work and sip on it. While you’re stuck in traffic or whatever you might baby. It’s a perfect treat any time of day and we can’t find fresh strawberries in your supermarket. Today buy frozen once and just forget about the ice frozen strawberries will give you the same taste, same consistency just make sure. They’re not packed in syrup you do not need all the extra sugar. Because this is sweet enough as it is and like i said you can use any kind of flavored yogurt you like that’s it.
