- Chopped Onions
- Some Frozen Chopped Spinach
- Sourdough Bread
- Cream Cheese
- Cream Cheese Feta
- Little Bit Of Olive Oil
You’re going to some finely chopped onions and garlic this is some frozen chopped spinach that I’ve defrosted and squeezed all the water out of this is a sourdough bread that I just scooped out the center because that’s why I’m gonna serve it in you’re gonna need some cream cheese feta McDonald salt and pepper and a little bit of olive oil it’s simple like really really simple but really really yummy and a lot of people.I’ve been requesting in here I’ll lower in the kitchen so I figured you know what I’ve been keeping you on like suspense because this is one of my favorites and I haven’t done it so I’ve got some olive oil in my pan here and it’s not hot.
I just turned it on medium heat and I added my onions and my garlic and the reason.I had didn’t turn on me I hadn’t turned on the gas it’s because I want the olive oil to infuse with the onions and garlic if,that olive oil is already hot it starts coloring the onions and garlic right away and it doesn’t infuse completely so,I’m going to let that come to temperature and cook for a few minutes until the onions and garlic become translucent and then develop nice like fragrance and you’re gonna see the kitchen smell like onions and garlic basically.we’re gonna add the cream cheese and you’re just gonna have to work that and just keep stirring until the cream cheese it’s completely melted alright take a couple minutes but I don’t get there looks good.I’m gonna add in just a touch of water and our defrosted spinach this is just chopped spinach and you’re going to just give that a nice stir then I’m going to need a whole lot of water just kind of need something to help the cream cheese kind of to come all nice and melted and this is only going to cook for a couple of minutes mm-hmm.
I’m going to season this right now with some salt and pepper and I’m going to just let that go for a couple of minutes and then. we’ll finish it off that’s good.I’m going to turn this off and I’m going to grate in some funny Jonel.I can’t go anywhere without this you know that you don’t need a huge amount but a little is going to go a long way because especially if you’re using like the good stuff you don’t need a whole lot of it’s got good flavor now you just pile it in your bread bowl that’s simple you can serve this with pita chips you can serve this pretty much anything that you want but I’m going to take some of the bread that.I chopped up off the top put some of my dip right on mm-hmm.
