In the entire world this is my go-to sauce all summer long because tomatoes are in season and look how beautiful these cherry tomatoes are so that’s what I’m going to be using. I’m gonna be using some beautiful fresh cherry tomatoes. That i’ve have some fresh basil a lot of garlic some spaghetti of course some pepper good quality extra virgin olive oil and of course. I’m parmigiano to put on top but that’s completely optional, so the first thing you wanna do is get your pot ready with some boiling water for your pasta. Now we’re gonna get going on the sauce in this big skillet here with high sides. I’ve got a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and I have it preheat. I just turn it on to about medium heat. Now to this I’m going to add in my garlic.

Now I’m adding my garlic to cold oil. Because I want to infuse the oil with the garlic flavor. So if I was just putting garlic into hot oil. I would get the essence of the garlic. But I wouldn’t get it fully like you know in with the oil infused and with the oil which I want that because I want that flavor to run through the entire sauce. So I’m gonna just heat that up for a few minutes or until becomes really fragrant and the garlic is a lightly golden brown color add my tomatoes look at gorgeous. This is my go-to sauce all summer. I mean look at that and it tastes divine sweet fresh mmm salt and pepper. I’m gonna let this cook for about 20 minutes on medium heat. Now after 10 minutes, I’m going to add my pass that’s my boiling water. So while this is done the pass is also done and then I pull pull the whole thing together my sauce is done.

I also cooked up my pasta and drained. I put back into the same pot just because it’s easier to toss everything in. If you could smell this it’s just like summer to me big handful of torn basil leaves and just mix this all together oh yeah look at that is just mmm mmm a little bit just for myself, some of the cherry tomatoes. Now of course I’m gonna add cheese on here some parmigiana as I bring it to the table. Right now I just really want to taste the sauce what is spaghetti, because I want that sauce that kind of stand out and I want to just taste its sweet deliciousness. But this is going to be really hot just give me just a minute that is perfect. I don’t even think it needs cheese. I’m going to put some on anyway, but it’s so good.
