1So let’s get started I bought a pack of assorted pork chops that have rib chops and Loney chops shoulder chops are the best cut for this dish if you can find them because they have more marbling and more fat and more fat equals more flavor but my store was out of but these will work just fine very liberally season both sides of the chops with salt and pepper now I have the chops to a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
