  • Good-Quality Parmigiano

  • Garlic

  • Little Sause
  • Olive Oil

You’ll need for the recipe your kind of basics will start off with some mushrooms what I have here are cremini mushrooms and as you can see some I’ve had some I’ve quartered in some I’ve left whole depending on the size I want nice big chunks here that’s why I didn’t do them really really thin but by any means you can cut them however your heart desires then of course you’re gonna need some good-quality parmigiano that is just crucial some chopped up parsley garlic thyme butter a touch of cream some water salt and pepper and a touch of olive oil that’s it trust me they are stop it. I don’t get the mushrooms to slump down the way I want them to you can add my mushrooms and now I’m just going to cook these for about I’d say 8 to 10 minutes or until they’ve developed some color and so down a bit and I’ll show you what they look like when they get there these are looking fantastic they’ve been cooking for about seven minutes and they’re looking just how I want them to I didn’t sneak any I promise because it does look like where they go it’s just that when mushrooms cook down.I like spinach they kind of cooks down a lot and then when you know you think you start with a big giant pan then they reduce to this but they’ll still be delicious you’re going to add a pinch of salt mushrooms like I said or like a sponge they need some seasoning I’m going to add my garlic along with my fresh thyme leaves right from my garden pot and I’m going to give these a good 30 seconds and immediately just smell fantastic and you can serve them just like this and they will be divine.
