I’m going to show you how to make one of my favorite things Sausage Stuffed jalapenos.
- 1 Pound Of Pork Sausage
- 1 Block Of Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Of Parmesan Cheese
- Cream Cheese
1It’s there’s very few ingredients we have 1 pound of pork sausage and I just get all these ingredients at Aldi and this pork sausage is very delicious 1 block of cream cheese and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese now I took the pork out of the package and I’m going to cook it in the skillet until it’s brown one of the things that I like to do and I live it closely you can see it is I like to use a whisk to help me break up this sausage and that will make it fine instead of clumpy whenever you go to do this stuffing so I just do this occasionally.
2While it’s cooking and it doesn’t take any time at all to cook you can see that the pork is now cooked all the way through there’s no more pink so I’m going to add the cream cheese to it and let that melt in there takes a little while to melt the cream cheese I help it along by smashing it around in here but you just have to beat crack patience and keep stirring it around it’ll melt very nicely okay so it took probably about two minutes to melt that cream cheese in there I started all around mixed it up with the sausage.
3I’m gonna just sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and I’m going to mix it all together and that’s the final step of making this filling that you’re going to stuff your jalapeno is with so I’m going to let this cool down a little bit because inevitably it gets on your fingers and you don’t really want to burn yourself while you’re making these peppers because that’s no fun so we’ll let this cool down and then I’ll come back and show you how I stuff them okay now that the filling is cooled.
4I started stuffing the peppers you just take the jalapeno get a spoonful of your sausage mixture and use your spoon to smoosh it all in there it’s very easy you don’t have to worry about being clean or precise just get the sausage mixture in there and do it for every single one line them up in the pan.
5We’re gonna bake these at 425 for about 25 minutes because we actually want the pepper to be soft whenever comes out you don’t want your hard pepper okay I’m gonna continue to do this and I’ll show you what it looks like before it goes into the oven here they are all stuffed and ready to go into the oven don’t they look good brush out of the oven and how good they look.
