I’m Going To Show You How To Make A Very Simple Stuffed Shells.
- Jumbo Pasta Shells
- Some Whole Milk
- Meat Sauce
- Shredded Mozzarella
- Some Eggs
- Some Parsley
- Ricotta Cheese
You’re going to some jumbo pasta shells that have been cooked to a chordate according to package instructions. some whole milk we got the cheese some meat sauce you can use any kind that you want you’re going to need some shredded mozzarella some eggs, some parsley, some Parmesan, cheese,, salt and pepper that’s about it really so let’s get right into.I mean this is so simple and easy to make this is the kind of basic cheese version and then I’ll you know if you guys want to I can show you you know different variations of it so in this bowl.I’ve gotten my whole milk we got done.I’m going to add in my eggs which is the binder just to kind of hold everything together some fresh chopped parsley now it’s season this with some salt and pepper go lie on the salt just because you’re going to add in about a cup of the parmesan cheese and it can be quite salty so don’t add too too much give that a stir this is like one of my favorite favorite pasta dishes from my childhood and whenever.
So, I’m kind of curious to see like everyone all over the world like what their favorite pasta dishes are and that’s kind of like how we get to know each other a little bit so now to my ricotta mixture.I’m gonna add in most of my mustard and I know I don’t all tie it at all just mix this in.I’m going to grate in some Parmesan cheese this is like the biggest block Parmesan cheese in the entire world.I actually brought this back with me from Italy my grandmother bought it for me and it literally weighs like five pounds.I’ve managed to use about half of it already and trust me.I’ve been using it almost every single day and I have used less than half I mean it is huge I loved it.I loved rind and though that it’s got the stamp on it so so good just great in about a cup or so,mix it all in and your feeling is completely done now.
I’ve got a baking fish here to this baking dish.I’m going to put in some of the meat sauce because when I layer everything I don’t want it to stick you know I’m just going to layer in some sauce now you can use you don’t have to use meat sauce if you don’t want to you can use any sauce that you want you can get my recipe for meat sauce or for my simple just kind of basic tomato basil marinara sauce I’m going to make a lot of noise and move this close to me because all. I’m going to do now is pretty much take my jumbo pasta shells that I’ve cooked I’m going to take the filling and spoon it into the center that’s all. I’m going to do and it’s going to take a while but now patience is key second one put them pretty tightly close together and just keep going until you have them all filled now once they’re all filled and you’ve got them nice and lined up like that you’re going to cover them in some extra sauce now some people like them really submerged in sauce and some people don’t.
I prefer them to be somewhat in the middle and then just have extra sauce on the side because you know some people might want a little bit more than that but to me this is perfect just how I like it just going to cover it with some aluminum foil.I’m going to pop these in the 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes covered and then.we’re going to uncover it. I’ll show you I’m going to put on them next well once we once they’re done for 30 minutes I’ll show you the next step now.I’ve let my stuffed shells bake with the foil on for 30 minutes and now just uncover them and I’m going to just slice some one side I love that I’m just going to put over the top and that’s going to melt and get just gorgeous and bubbly just kind of spread over the top like so now it looks good little extra slice for the cook hmm and now we’re going to sprinkle and sprinkle over. some more cheese and cover everything and now this is going to go back into the oven uncovered for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted it’s nice and bubbly and then.I’ll show you what it looks like once it’s ready oh it’s heavy my stuffed shells baked uncovered for about 15 minutes you can see that it’s like all still bubbling and the cheese is melted and it’s like just looking at it makes me happy.
I can just imagine what it tastes like so it’s going to take a couple of them out oh yes look at that mm-hmm like make my mouth water and you have company over so I’m just going to take a little quick bite Oh smells so incredible mmm you’re really hot though so I’m gonna be here for a minute mmm mmm that is so hot but so good it’s very simple it’s like a basic stuffed shell recipe.
