You’re just going to need some whole milk that I’ve heated till it’s really really hot almost a boiling point you’re going to need some hot espresso you’re also gonna need some sugar pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract that’s it now I will be completely honest with you normally when I make this drink I go to just like a syrup pumpkin pie spice syrup but I wanted to make it from scratch because I know it’s really difficult to get all over the world in fact I can barely ever get it here I have to order a line so I made what I think is my own version of the syrup which is just pumpkin pie spice sugar milk and vanilla extract now in a blender.
I don’t have a steamer this is going to really give you a really frothy Costanza’s consistency. I’m going to put in your milk your sugar and pumpkin pie spice and it’s going to immediately smell great and a dash of vanilla on your phone. I’m going to put the lid on and then you want to be really careful with this I’m just going to get let this go for one minute. I know I sound like class there we go let it go for a minute whoa come on now I’m going to show you how frothy it is look at that look at that it’s a consistency of something you get a really fancy coffee house but you got to make it at home because you know I don’t have a steamer so this is going to have to do now really important.
You’re going to have to top it with espresso regular coffee just will not work.I tried it comes out really watery and not very just not very sophisticated coffee house like huh give this a stir looks great then if you want to only if you want to and then. I know I want to top it with some whipped topping just tiny a sprinkle a pumpkin pie spice over the top and that’s it. I’m it’s done look at that not gorgeous frothy I feel bland for me if this gets on my nose I would not be happy mmm sorry I told you is going to happen it’s delicious it’s super simple to make super easy you can make it.
