- All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Of Regular Sugar
- 1/2 Tablespoons Of Brown Sugar
- 1/2 A Cup Of Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 A Teaspoon Of Baking Soda
- 1/4 Teaspoon Of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Of Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 Tablespoon Of Vegetable Oil
- 1 Egg
- Some Vanilla Extract
- 1/2a Cup Of Evaporated Milk
You gonna need so you can start cooking 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of regular sugar, 1/2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1/2 a cup of pumpkin puree, 1/2 a teaspoon of baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1 egg, some vanilla extract, 1/2a cup of evaporated milk and a quart a cup of water and this is so easy to make. I’m telling you and once you once you make this and you see how good they’re gonna make them all the time now first thing.you want to do is take a griddle or like a nonstick skillet or something and put it over medium heat to get that preheating and then want to spray it with some nonstick cooking spray or just brush it with.some melted butter alright so first things first in a bowl take all of your dry ingredients which is the flour pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and the salt but a mini here set them aside in a large bowl you going to take.
Some sugar regular sugar the brown sugar the vegetable oil.you want to take the pumpkin puree right now make sure this is the pumpkin puree not the pumpkin pie filling you don’t want that like that. I’m gonna just break my egg into this little dish here get it out see that’s why you always break your eggs into a separate container but the egg and I have evaporated milk and I have some water.I personally really like to use evaporated milk right instead of regular milk but if, you want to just use regular milk just Oh make the water and just use 3/4 of a cup a regular like oh no milk or whatever whatever you have on hand and I’m gonna use about half a teaspoon or so of vanilla extract and I’m gonna just whisk these together so, we combined them pretty well done okie doke now with our dry ingredients now you should probably put the wet into the dry but it really doesn’t make a difference oh so a pumpkin pie spice is so,fragrant got cinnamon in there it’s got ginger it’s got nutmeg cloves now.
I make my own pumpkin pie spice mix but you can buy it already made at the supermarket next to your other spices in your spice aisle okay just like that if,I start to see like it’s a little bit thick.you can just put a little bit more water in there but that’s perfect alright let’s go to the stove and that’s our cooking these up my nonstick grill is really nice and hot which is what we want.I’m just gonna spray it with some nonstick cooking spray and then.I’m gonna use a quarter cup measuring spoon whatever you have like measuring cup and then. I’m going to use that to me perfect little pancakes like that you just fall just break them around a little bit with the measuring cup these are gonna make your house smell so good alright I’m gonna put four on here.
I’m gonna cook for a couple minutes on each side and then.I’m gonna put foot balm and put them on a plate and go on with the second batch so here you are that fabulous pumpkin pancakes they smell delicious and they’re beautifully golden now. I’m going to drizzle them some more maple syrup cannot wait to try this the smell is like teasing me. I cannot wait another second it’s really really good not all overpowering like some pumpkin paintings can be this is absolutely perfect the hint of the pumpkin spice in the background the soft light yet like really nice and chewy pancake it’s amazing.
