You’re going to need some homemade marinara sauce.some mozzarella cheese or any cheese you want and of course you’re gonna need your pita bread which these are six inch six-inch pita bread so again you can use any sauce you want you can use an alfredo sauce if. you’ve got that leftover on hand and you could put some grilled chicken on top if,that’s what you have you can use whatever you want as long as you’ve got pita bread and you put the oven on 400 degrees you’ve got whatever pizza you’re desire so having said that you want to put your oven to 400 degrees and get that ready for you and once you have everything ready you’re pretty much ready to pile everything on and put it into the oven so this is how.I like to do it I take a couple of tablespoons in this case. I’m only using a couple tablespoons of marinara sauce because my ratatouille already has tomatoes in it so I don’t want it to become too liquidy once you’ve got your sauce on you just want to pile on your veggies.
I’m just going to put about a quarter cup of veggies on each one to scatter them around so everything is nice.I like to make ratatouille it’s a little bit different than what most recipes or you know known with most recipes call for but this is just the way I like to make it and to each his own like.I always say so now just finish putting your veggies on the top and like. I said you can even use raw veggies you know you can use like some sliced mushrooms, some bell peppers, some red eye and you can use pepperoni. you can use leftover chicken leftover steak. you can use anything really it song is it’s edible. you can do whatever you want so on top of your veggies.
I’m going to put a few slices of mozzarella last bit of mozzarella and now this is going to go into my preheated oven at 400 for about 10 minutes and I’ll show you what that looks like once it’s done and then. we’re going to cut and serve a little pita pizzas. we’re in the oven for about 10 minutes and that they’re done them cheese is melted the crust is nice and crispy the pita. I should say so now it’s time to cut right into it and you can even use a whole wheat pita bread too doesn’t have to be a specific kind but that is about it and it’s really simple and easy.
