My chicken ,because they season everything put a touch of fat in the pan. It’s gonna go into the hot pan what’s happening shriveling put some weight on top of it keeps it crispy we’re just gonna keep cooking it it’s crispy and good when my guilty pleasure is anything that’s crunchy and salty and addictive now that you have this crispy chicken skin. You can pretty much do anything with this. You can crumble it onto a salad put it onto a sandwich. But i’m going to use it as my extra plus plus garnish on my chicken dish.
