Orange Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe

Today,We’re Gonna Make My Orange Chocolate Chip Muffins.


  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • Egg
  • Semi-Swee Chocolate Chips
  • Some Granulated Sugar
  • Orange
  • Whole Milk
  • Vegetables Oil
  • Money Lina
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Unsalted Butter



You will need some all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder,semi-sweet chocolate chips some granulated sugar, eggs, orange, whole milk, vegetable oil,some money Lina but you can use a couple teaspoons of vanilla extract some cold unsalted butter and then back here. I’ve got a little bit of additional running of the sugar all purpose flour and then some brown sugar because. I’m gonna make like a streusel topping to tap the muffins with just cuz I feel like it that’s why but it’s not necessary but I do I do really like it now the first thing you want to do is get your oven preheated to 400 the second thing you wanna do is take a muffin tin liner with liners for the nothing sticks and then from this point on you’re pretty much ready to rock and roll now we got our dry ingredients pretty much already mixed in here the flour baking powder and the salt just give that a quick mix and then.I’m just going to take a little bit of that I put them in this bigger bowl and we like a quarter cup of the flour mixture and toss my chocolate chips in it so that they’re coated in the flour and they don’t sink all the way to the bottom when you put them in your batter you don’t want that so now that that’s done get it out of the way now.


I’ve got my big sort of measuring jug here or whatever you want to call it I’ve got this ready because I’m going to make my wet mixture in here. I’m gonna put in my vegetable oil you could use some butter instead of the oil would taste great. I just think that the olive oil the olive oil the vegetable oil just makes it a little bit more moist that’s why I’m using it but you can use some unsalted butter in its place just mix these up a bit doesn’t have to be too too crazy because the vegetable oil is very easy to incorporate with sugar and then we’re going to add in the eggs orange zest yes,I said orange zest it’s really delicious if, you’ve ever eaten. I mean I have from really fancy chocolate places the there’s a candied orange peel that’s been dipped in chocolate this is kind of where my obsession with orange and chocolate started from eating one of those and it is just so ridiculously good.


You’ve got to try it so this one might seem a little odd to put orange and chocolate together works beautifully. I’m just going to put my zest in here that looks perfect make sure you get whatever is left the back okay and the bunny Lena which is just an Italian version of like vanilla extract but it’s like a little powder form but of course you can just use a couple teaspoons of vanilla extract in its place would work just as well. I just brought back like 500 packs of these babies and I came back from Italy last fall so, I figure out a better use them up so just mix this up until you’ve got the eggs pretty mixed well in there awesome add in your milk and like I always say don’t worry if it’s splits because you’re gonna add it.


I’m not going to stress too much about it okay so, let’s sit all this aside our muffin tin closer to us and now with my handy dandy ice cream scoop divide the batter evenly among the twelve little muffin liners got just blue on more left like bats trying to get all the chocolate chips that are left. I should say but I’ll just do it with my spatula alright that is looking good perfect twelve muffins how about that look at that okay now you’ve got all this ready let’s just sit this here for a couple of minutes while we work on a little topping now I’ve got my sugars and flour.

5I’m just going to mix these together just quickly and just add in your butter and you can use a pastry cutter or just a fork or your fingers and just mash this up until the butter is distributed through the well the dry ingredients that like melted you want to still see the pieces of butter so just a fork will do fine this is looking good I decided to just switch to my fingers just because I made the job a lot faster and you know I’m incredibly impatient so I want to get this thing done in the oven so what i’m going to do is just top each one with some of this mixture that’s pretty much it that’s that simple and that easy just try to get it on the actual batter and not on the tin now more on the tin anyway than the actual batter pretty much done a little bit more I’ll just scatter it obviously you’re probably a lot.
