We start let’s go over the ingredients you getting a 9-inch already-made graham cracker crust, some cream cheese and room temperature confectioner sugar sliced grapes chopped strawberries, heavy cream, red strawberry jam singulars, vanilla extract and lemon so the ingredients are super simple and the best thing about it is you can swap out the fruit forward ever you have on hand. I just happen to go to a fabulous farmers market this weekend and I was so,excited that they had these huge baskets of grapes and strawberries and they were super sweet so, that’s what I’m using of course and for the crust.

I am using a 9 inch graham cracker crust. We’re going to start right away in a large bowl here I’m going to put my heavy cream and you can just like whisk it with um like an electric mixer but since. we had such a little bit and we just want like soft peaks and not stiff peaks.I’m just going to mix it myself with a little whisk and with no time at all. I’m gonna have sift cakes this is perfect not too stiff not too soft exactly. what we want I’m going to set that aside because. I don’t want to make my whole filling in that otherwise. I’m also going to use the zest of about a half of lemon this is going to just make it taste so, bright and delicious and I do add a little lemon zest to my cheesecake as well so, it’s really bringing home that like cheesecake flavor without any of the work. I mean this is so simple or frankly it’s almost embarrassing but once. you present it to people they’re like why you want through all this trouble for me only you and I will know no one that went through any trouble. I don’t want to like work it too much otherwise it will deflate and we don’t want that so, just use a spatula and fold it in start at the middle fold it over back to the middle this is perfect. I just want to taste it oh my goodness it taste like quick become a cheesecake.

going to put this in the microwave for 30 seconds maybe 45 seconds. we just want a nice and warm and loose because. we’re going to mix our fruit together and it’s going to give it a great shine that’s going to look great on not pi that’s exactly. what we’re looking for after 30 seconds it’ll be perfect it out in a big bowl. I’m just going to put in my strawberries and my grapes and my seedless strawberry jam it’s going to give us a big toss make sure that Jam is coating the fruit properly pile it high it’s going to be awesome that is just wonderful the strawberry jam of course tastes delicious and it gives it a beautiful shine.
