  • Couple Of Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Mozzarella
  • Bread
  • Olive Oil



You need some all-purpose flour a couple of eggs beaten with a little salt, pepper, some good-quality mozzarella and some bread that’s simple and of course. you’re gonna need a little bit of olive oil now for this. you’re going to need just regular old bread that you probably already have on hand traditionally you’re supposed to use white bread like just white sandwich bread. I’m using wheat bread because that’s what I always have on hand and my grandmother always used we bread because it is really growing up the kind of bread you buy here in the US like the loaf of bread that’s sliced. it’s something. you just eat for breakfast or something like that and my grandmother never bought white bread. she always bought wheat bread so, I’m creature of habit. I do as I’m told I don’t wanna get my butt kicked you know I mean so you are use very good mozzarella for this because it is such a simple thing.


I’m just going to slice this and – I’m going to need four thin slices. I don’t want to too much of mozzarella otherwise it will ooze out by the time it even starts cooking so, I’m just going to cut four thin slices okay now that we have all these ready let’s go over to the stove and start cooking I have a nonstick skillet here over medium-high heat with a little bit of olive oil not too too much and the reason. I’m assembling this here is because it needs to go from here to the pan like that stop we’re going to put two slices of the mozzarella on one piece of the bread just like that kind of covering the whole thing here top on kind of squeeze it together now. you’re going to dip this into the flour just like that and the flour is only going to help the egg stick shake off any extra typically.


You’re supposed to cut off the crust but it doesn’t bother me dip it into the beaten egg just like that and into the hot pan just like that and that’s going to cook for a few minutes on each side until
develops a nice color and the mozzarella is nice and melted here we have our mozzarella rocks at its perfectly cooked just a few minutes on each side now, you’re supposed to serve this with an
anchovy sauce but I don’t roll like that Oh mozzarella is nicely melted some you have with me good oh wow that’s hot but very very good very very easy not the healthiest sandwich in the world.
