  •  All Purpose Flour
  • Salt
  • Baking Soda
  • Baking Powder
  • Cloves
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Lemon
  • Orange
  • Honey
  • Chocolate Chips



You’ll need all purpose flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cloves ,cinnamon, nutmeg ,sugar, Vanilla. which is Italian vanilla. you could also use just regular vanilla extract a touch of water and some lemon and orange that’s it. I mean it doesn’t get any easier than this so what I’m going to do. I’m going to mix my dry ingredients together now these are spiced like the Rococo but these
don’t have any almonds in them and they don’t even have any eggs they just have all the dry ingredients. which way you’re going to put right into my standing mixer fit it with my paddle attachment .I’m going to add my money could also of course just use regular vanilla extract this is just a little bit of vanilla powder Italian vanilla powder and now to that I’m going to add in my sugar it’s really simple.


I’m telling you it’s like think of it like a cut out Italian spiced cookie a new note or pronounce it any other way I’m going to zest and juice a whole orange and half of a lemon so just be patient and
that’s the whole thing this whole big orange here this is actually a red orange it’s got like like a blood orange it’s what it is not a red orange it’s blood orange but it’s delicious actually just had one
for a snack. I’ve got my juice and my sis now obviously. I know how to pronounce it I meant to say. I don’t know how else to describe this cookie. I’m going to add all my juice and zest into my dry mix here now with the speed going I’m going to just drizzle in a little bit of water at a time because you’re not going to need a lot of it and it’s just so, hard to tell how much what are you going to need.


I’m just going to take my cookie dough and I’m going to put it in some plastic wrap. I’m going to wrap it in some plastic wrap. I should say because this is to go into the fridge for about 1/2 .we’ll
shape them and bake them and Glee’s them my dog was in the fridge for about an hour and I just took it out and I have it on a floured surface here now.what you can do is you can roll this out with a you know just a regular rolling pin. you have your oven preheated to 350 and get a couple of baking sheets with parchment paper ready because these are going to take no time at all to form and to bake and then we’ll get going on glazing them once.


You are going to just brush them with some egg wash which is just egg with being a little with a little bit of water or milk in this case. I just had a little bit of water and these are going to go into your preheated oven at for about 15 minutes or so now if ,you find that the dough is a little bit too sticky add a bit more flour or regroup it all together and then recut them it’s very simple it’s very easy not rocket science if, I can do it pretty much anybody can do it .I’m pretty sure blind monkey could do it because I don’t want to do anything that’s too difficult but anyways. I’m going to finish brushing these with some egg wash pop them into the oven. Once they’re golden brown. we are going to let them cool for a bit and then. we’re going to glaze them with some chocolate my cookies were in the oven for about 18 minutes or so, you’re looking for them to be a lovely little golden brown color and you wanna cool pretty much completely and now. we’re gonna go ahead and make a glaze. which is not really glaze where our Sun just melting. some chocolate. which I’ve got here are some semi-sweet chocolate chips.

5I like to put a little bit of vegetable oil in here because what that does is it creates a really shiny coat on on your end products so, I did the same thing for my chocolate-covered strawberries that, I
made here in lore in the kitchen near zero so, what I’m going to do now is. I’m going to pop these into the microwave for thirty seconds at a time giving them a stir every time until they are all
completely melted just keep your eye on them because you do not want this to burn it’s perfectly melted and it took 90 seconds exactly now.I’m just going to take each cookie and I’m going to just dip the very the whole top of this that you could and traditionally. you dip the entire thing like top and bottom you kind of just dunk it.
