I’m Going To Show You How I Make My Monkey Bread.


  • Buttermilk Biscuits
  • Brown Sugar
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Ground Cinnamon



We need to go over the ingredients so let’s do it you’re going to need some buttermilk biscuits that these are homemade that, we’re gonna need some also some brown sugar ,regular granulated sugar lots of butter and some ground cinnamon that’s it those are your ingredients and I do not want to hear a word about how fatty a much sugar how much butter this was you wanted to see it so you know I’m gonna do it, for you so before you want to do anything else you want to start you oven to 350 and if, you don’t want to make your own buttermilk biscuits then go buy some why not that’s what I normally do but, I also made an episode to show you guys how to make them so, I figured hey this is a perfect time to make monkey bread so, I’m going to set this aside for a second because I want to go to the stove and bring my butter and brown sugar so, I can cook these together I’m just going to put them in a saucepan turn the pan on to medium high heat and let these cook for about 5 to 6 minutes or until the brown sugar has completely dissolved while my brown sugar and butter is melting away.


I’m just going to continue with my mixture of cinnamon sugar give this a mix just to mix the sugar the cinnamon together sugar everywhere okay, I’m just going to set this aside bring my biscuits over to me and this is how, I do it because you want to cut these in quarters so, I just line them up and then take a rolling pin this is just makes my life easier but you can do this however you like and just do it like that do all one time well for a time anyway and then drew is exactly the same thing the other direction and obviously I’m a bit of a scatterbrain because that is not a rolling pin that is a piece of cutter it rolls okay,I same thing okay so, now I’m going to do get rid of spatula take your pieces you look quarters and you just want to put them all into the bowl and now you just want to mix everything well all of you little pieces with the cinnamon sugar and don’t be afraid to dent them or anything like that because these are all going to cook together anyway and’re going to pull them apart when you eat them Oh delicious oh and quick so just stir it you know mix it together for about a minute just to make sure that the cinnamon is cinnamon sugar is coding pretty much everything well that looks great.


I also turned off the butter and brown sugar mixture now, I’m putting this in a 12 cup 2 pan and you want to make sure it’s greased really well and I just sprayed it heavily with some nonstick cooking spray and just now put this evenly around just make sure to cover any holes that are peeping through and now all this extra sugar I’m not going to pour with the top only because it’s really not necessary I mean the biscuits are covered with sugar and you’re going to pour over this brown sugar mixture which is going to make everything so sweet and get sticky it’s fantastic just kind of do it as evenly as you possibly can that looks great okay now this is going to go into your preheated oven 350 for about 35 to 40 minutes and then. I’ll show you what it looks like when it’s done I took my monkey bread out about ten minutes ago when I let it sit out for ten minutes and you don’t want to let us set out more than that because otherwise it’ll get stuck together and won’t come out so you want to use a plate or some sort of a platter that’s got a bit of a border just in case there’s any caramel leaks through you’re not gonna have a big mess so ready set yeah then.


I take a butter knife and just but noisy but worth it okay but hot should come out easily yeah pieces fall off but that’s perfectly fine when it is pull apart bread it’s really hot so delicious. You want to eat this when it’s warm because the colder it gets the harder it gets but obviously when you want to cutter we just pull it apart so good, I love that cinnamon brown sugar ah now you obviously aren’t going to eat this in whole one sitting and once you have enough people that are going to help you eat it you can do is you can just pop this in the fridge or you can just leave it out to room temperature and then whenever you want to eat some put it in a little bowl cover it with plastic wrap pop it in the microwave for maybe 40 to 45 seconds till everything is really nice and soft pop a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
