Jalapeno Popper Casserole Recipe

I’ll be making today is gonna be a jalapeno popper casserole.

Ingredients

  • Tater Tops
  • Jalapenos
  • Cream Cheese
  • Some Bacon
  • Green Onion
  • Smoked Gouda Cheese
  • Half Of The Cheddar Cheese

Directions

1We’re gonna need some tater tops which I’ve lined the bottom of this dish with. we’re gonna need some jalapenos now in their recipe they just diced up the jalapenos and my recipe. I sliced them and then I roasted them we’re gonna have some cream cheese some bacon now the bacon I used is a jalapeno bacon and this is some bacon that I bought it Walmart that’s what it looks like so jalapeno bacon we have green onions that are sliced cheddar cheese one of the other additions that. I made to this as I have some smoked gouda cheese. some sour cream another change I made was we’re going to throw in a few Anaheim or an actually hatch green chile peppers and I have some dried cilantro we’re gonna be adding now the first thing I need to do in this is throw this in the oven the tater tops at 425 for 15 minutes the tater tops in the oven what we’re gonna do is we’re just gonna add everything to the sour cream. I am gonna reserve some of this just for the topping so let’s go ahead and add our green onions save a little bit.

2I will have the recipe that I saw in the description without all the changes I’m gonna go with all this Gouda cheese and then about half of the cheddar we’re gonna go with about half of our bacon and we’re going to go with a little over half of our jalapenos and we’re gonna mix this two just got out of the oven after 15 minutes at 425 now we’re just gonna go ahead and spread this cheese mixture over and I’m gonna have a little bit of this cheese mixture left over because I’m making another batch alright let’s go just a little more here alright so that’s a done deal we’re going to come back over with some jalapenos roasted jalapeno can’t have enough jalapenos some of my green onion leftover some of the bacon and then our cheddar cheese now this is going to go back in the oven 425 same temperature and it’s going to go in for 25 minutes I just didn’t took this out of the oven after being in there for 25 for 25 minutes .
