Today, We Are Making Grilled Chicken Wings.
- Fresh Minced Oregano
- Fresh Rosemary
- Cracked Black Pepper
- Minced Fresh Garlic
- Olive Oil
We’ve got some fresh minced oregano, fresh rosemary, cracked black pepper, salt, minced fresh garlic and some olive oil. you’re just infusing the meat with flavor and what’s great about a marinade is that it gets the flavor down to the bone now. what we’re gonna do is grab a resealable bag and put all the Wings in here. they’re gonna take the marinade pour it over the wings stick it in the fridge and what you end up with is a nice bag of perfectly flavor infused wings dump them into a bowl and they’re ready for the grill so,what you want to do is medium-high heat just lay them down they want to cook them for about 15 minutes occasionally turning them.
So,they’re evenly browned wings are great because a lot of skin a lot of fat a lot of plate were in the meat but it sizzle away a little bit longer to get nice and crispy on that side then flip them then put the top on let them cook the roof perfect so,we’re gonna flip them get them all over all right top on let them cook through all right because this fire is kind of hot.I can feel it. what I’m gonna do is move the chicken from over the hot part of the grill so,where you don’t see the coals now this will allow the meat that’s still cooked through but, you’re not gonna risk getting it overly blackened or burned on the underside let’s cook it for about another five minutes or so all right let’s check the wings.
They’re looking pretty pretty keep awesome.you got the sizzle going down guys.we got the students we got the sizzle this is about 15 minutes.we say 15 to 20 minutes.when cooking wings always enter on the side of a few minutes more.you don’t want underdone wings let’s just do a three-minute extra all right it’s been 20 minutes and I am declaring the wings done because,I can just tell that because the recipe told me to do it for 20 minutes. you can just touch them and you can sort of get that feeling that they’re nice and kind of tightened up and they’re good to go so, just remove them from the grill.they’re looking really kind of perfectly cooked. I may say so myself I had some extra marinating now this is marinated that. I did not add to the chicken and you can just spoon it over on top why would you not do this alright and there you have it herb the grilled chicken wings so, cheap so easy so delicious.
