We get started I’m going to need some lean ground turkey from English muffin eggs chatter, unsalted butter a little bit of maple syrup, fennel seeds dried sage, garlic powder, salt and pepper okay we’re going to make our own. I’ve got some dried sage leaves and some fennel seeds. I’m going to put them in my little mortal and pestle and just break them up a little bit just to release all their flavor now that’s good super fragrant you don’t have to put the fennel seeds and if, you don’t want to I love any kind of sausage pork chicken turkey with fennel so that’s why I put it in so now, I’m just going to mix this all up and now I’m just going to score this to make six equal sized patties make sure that the center put like an indentation that like. I don’t you know explode put them right there can continue forming the rest the patties are formed my griddle is nice and hot I have it about medium to medium-high I’m just going to put them on since these are so, little they’re only going to need about three minutes or so or side to cook completely and they smell divine already my pad is cooked for just a few minutes on each side now I’m just brushing my grill here with a little bit of vegetable oil just take a paper towel and go back and forth because I’m going to cook my eggs and I don’t want them to cook in butter because the butter is gonna burn for by the time the eggs are done because it’s such a hot.


You know hot temperature so,I’m gonna break them on here put them down do all six of them now that my patties and my eggs are done i season my eggs with a little bit of salt and now.
