- Sour Cream
- Blue Cheese Crumbles
- Heavy Cream
- Some Chopped Chives
- White Wine Vinegar
You’re going to need some Mayo sour cream, blue cheese crumbles, heavy cream, some chopped chives werster’s your sauce white wine vinegar, salt. I’m going to put in my mayo and sour cream you could not also use some light Mayo and instead of the sour cream you could use some Greek yogurt if you want to just to make this a little bit lighter but for today.I’m just going to make a traditional way and I’m also adding my heavy cream and I’m just going to give this a mix and combine it all awesome we’re going to add in a little bit of white wine vinegar you need that tankiness even though sour cream is tangy you really do need that from the white wine vinegar and just a splash Worcestershire and let’s season this with some salt and pepper.
You can always remember so you can always go back and taste and add more if you need to you just can’t take it away so add a little bit of salt taste it you feel like it needs more salt then add in a little bit more just remember that the bleu cheese is salty that’s why I said start with a little bit and then work your way up from there now we’re going to add in our chives I like the chopped chives because it gives it like a little bit of like an onion flavor but not like a strong onion flavor that’s just overpowering and our crumbled blue cheese you can buy campaka blue cheese and kind of crumble it yourself but this works fine and that it’s pretty much it just going to switch to a spatula.
So, I could mix it from the sign and that’s it it’s that simple and that easy now.I do suggest that you cover this and you stick it in the fridge for a couple of hours just to kind of blend all of the flavors together but it’s I mean it’s really super super simple and easy.
