- Some Golden Raisins
- Little Bit Of Sugar
- Beat Egg
- Any Flour
- Caramel Cream
You’re gonna need a couple of pairs they’re just peeled and cored and sliced some golden raisins a little bit of sugar tiny bit of cinnamon a beat egg and some pie crust. I always have tons of pie crusts in my freezer individually wrapped just in case you know someone comes over last-minute.I need to make a quick dessert they thought in about 30 minutes and I’ve got myself pie crusts on hand so,this is how it’s gonna go you want to bring your of it to 400 get that ready.I have a baking sheet with those parchment paper on top just to get that to not stick and now here’s your going to do.
I’m gonna just take this and set this aside now to my pears that I have already chopped up quartered you know cord now quartered cord peeled all that fun stuff. I’m going to add in some golden raisins and golden raisins are completely optional I just happen to love raisins so I’m putting some in but like I said it’s not a must recipe it’s not a must ingredient and a tiny bit of sugar and cinnamon and I’m just gonna toss this together and I’m not gonna add any flour which I normally would if I was using apples because pears would never give out as much juice as Apple to do so I’m not completely like worried it’s gonna be super liquidy so now that I’ve got that toss together I’m gonna move this closer to me and divide this mixture between my two pie crusts and what I’m gonna do is.
I’m not gonna do like that I’m gonna just kind of focus in the center so just divide it between the two leaving about an inch and a half border around the edges there we go so now, I’m gonna do try to position that guy so it doesn’t move now. I’m gonna do is just take my little brush here and my egg wash which is just a bean egg with about a tablespoon of water and just brush around the edges just like so it’s kind of act like glue but it’s also gonna help it brown so just do that all around the edges and then. I’m gonna just like my apple crostata. I’m just gonna fold this over it does not have to be perfect it does not have to be neat you just want to fold it all over fold all the edges over just like so all I’m gonna do is just brush a tiny bit more egg wash around the sides.
I just want it to brown really well just do the same thing to this one and then I’m gonna put them into my oven that’s been preheated to 400 and I’m gonna bake them in there for about 20 minutes or so or until the crust is lovely and golden my little cross step is were in the oven for about 20 minutes and there are perfect or golden brown they’re ready to go now you can serve this with some whipped cream you can serve this with vanilla ice cream you can start with caramel sauce you can serve it.
