Today I’m gonna show you a eggless banana bread.
- All-Purpose Flour
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
- Pinch Of Salt
- Cinnamon Powder
- Brown Sugar
- Lemon Juice
- Chocolate Chips
1Which you can easily prepare at home with the minimum ingredients you already have in your house that is banana bread this is a delicious and spongy bread which is prepared the facility combination of all-purpose flour sugar and the overripe bananas basically which is a very healthy alternative for a regular bread this bread is loaded with the flavor of banana and its sweetness and most importantly its eggless. some flour here I’ve greased and placed a butter paper or the parchment paper which I am going to grease so that it is easily removed after baking this is 9 by 5 inches low fit next up in a bowl sift together all the dry ingredients first so in goes the all-purpose flour or the maida next the baking powder followed by the baking soda pinch of salt and some cinnamon powder if you like and sift it well to ensure it’s free from any kind of lumps one seed mix it well and make sure it is evenly mixed now keep this aside as well next up in a blender I am going to take the granulated white sugar first next goes in the granulated brown sugar if you want you can use only the white sugar here now blend this for a while until it becomes a coarse powder out of it for around twenty to thirty seconds you can see how this looks now this is the powder form of the granulated white and the brown sugar.
2I am going to break the bananas and put in the blender make sure that the bananas are over right then only it will give that intense flavor of banana in it now I am going to blend this as well for 20 to 30 seconds or until it’s completely pureed and well blended with a sugar you can see this is how it looks it’s completely pureed with all the sugar dissolved in it now I am going to transfer this mixture into a large mixing bowl and to this add in the oil next goes in the vanilla and the lemon juice and mix it well lemon juice will react with the soda and will help in making the bread light and spongy mix it well until the oil is completely combined with the banana mixture so now this basic wet ingredients are ready to this. I am going to add the dry ingredients gently in two batches and keep mixing it and folding it into the banana mixture until it’s well combined and mixed with it with the help of a spatula making sure not to over mix it. I am also adding two tablespoons of milk over here to adjust the consistency once mixed well lastly I am going to add some chocolate chips and the walnuts here and again fold it well with the batter if you want you can also use raisins or any other nuts which you like now without over mixing it this batter is ready I am going to pour this into the prepared loaf tin evening it availing it out on the top and tap it slightly on the platform to release all its.
3Now it’s ready to go into the oven I am going to bake this into the preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 40 to 45 minutes you can keep an eye on it after 35 minutes and let it bake until it becomes fluffy with good golden brown color on top now it’s been 40 minutes let’s remove it and check you can see how beautiful it has got golden brown color on top it’s baked enough and when I insert a knife or a toothpick it comes out clean it means it’s cooked well from inside and you can also see that it has left the sides of the pan with a beautiful golden brown color that’s the under sign of its doneness after 10 minutes I am going to run a sharp knife around the edges and then I am going to invert it upside down onto a cooling rack and then gently remove the mold out of it .you can see how beautifully it has come out I am going to gently remove the butter paper and then turn it back on to the top and now let it cool down completely before cutting it into slices once cooled I am going to cut this into thick slices with the help of a sharp knife and then.
4I will show you how it looks from inside you can see how moist soft and light this bread has come out with the choco chips in between it’s quite spongy and the texture is also very light and fluffy you can feel the perfect spongy texture when you press it it springs back I’ll brake and show you how it looks from inside it’s quite airy and porous now this lovely and gorgeous looking banana bread is ready you can wrap this bread in a cling wrap and store it for later use it stays good at the room temperature for around 4 to 5 days so hope you like guys my eggless banana bread which is quite gorgeous and perfect for this holiday time and if you want to make this more healthy you can use equal quantities of whole wheat bread into it and this has got perfect sweetness from the banana and the sugar. in it and here I’ve used some chocolate chips and walnuts in it but if you want you can also use some cranberries some rum soaked raisins.
