- Boneless Chicken About 200 Grams
- 2 Stalks Of Spring Onions Finely Chopped
- 1/2 A Cup Of Chicken Stock
- 1 Onion Diced And Separated

- 10 To 12 Cloves Of Garlic
- Chopped 2 Tablespoons Of Corn Starch
- 2 Tablespoons Of Tomato Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Of Oil

5We hope you using chicken breast chicken breast doesn’t take very long time to cook make sure you’re cooking it on high heat at the same time there’s enough moisture so that the chicken also cooks and it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan you see this chicken it’s getting nice and glossy it’s because the chicken is done and the sauce is really coating the chicken pitas very well but I’m not going to stop.
6Here I’m going to add some more stock to this and I want to give it a slight saucy consistency to the preparation. So I’ve added some more stock here but if you just add stock it doesn’t serve the purpose because there is no binding to this nut for this binding we going to add corn starch add corn starch and mix this well you see this it’s got tremendous gloss the sauce has thickened and we are good to go just some spring onions you’re just some spring onions here and that’s it chicken garlic is ready so it piping hot and make this recipe just the way I have made it and you’ll love it.
