Ready in: 1 hr 20 mins

I m going to show you how to make easy French Toast Casserole.

Ingredients

  • One Cup Of Almond Milk
  • Bag Of Cinnamon Roll Bread
  • Dozen Eggs
  • Coconut Oil
  • Butter

Directions

1You’re going to need is one cup of almond milk and I’ve used this one from Costco and a bag of cinnamon roll bread one loaf a dozen eggs and some coconut oil spray for your pan because if you don’t use it it’s going to stick trust me I’ve learned the hard way so the first thing you want to do is just spray the pan just a light coating and since this is for kids you could also use butter if you prefer so just get that coated really well there and I’ve used this coconut oil spray from Trader Joe’s then the next thing you’re going to want to do is to slice your bread into small bite-sized pieces I don’t know about maybe one inch square there’s no wrong way to do this you could even tear it up if you prefer not to use a knife but the key is just to get it into small pieces.

2Your little one put those pieces into the pan so Shonda is going to help me here she’s just going to cut all of the little pieces of cinnamon bread into our pan the next thing you’re going to want to do is to get all of your eggs into your cup with your almond milk and I’m going to use my immersion blender to just blend my milk and eggs together really well if you don’t have an immersion blender you can do this by hand with a whisk or a fork just make sure that you incorporate the milk and eggs together really well because you don’t want your eggs cooking separately then it would be like scrambled eggs okay so now that you have your eggs and milk blend it together really well you can just take it and take your mixture and pour it over your bread like this oops but just you want to coat all of the bread and get it in there really well and once you get that all in the pan you need to take a spoon and just stir it up so that the pieces on top aren’t just dry bread so you want to kind of mix the egg mixture onto all of the pieces of bread once you get them coated really well the next thing you’re going to do is just pop this into an oven at 350 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes this makes about 12 to 15 servings.
