We get started let’s go over the ingredients we’re going to use some thinly cut chicken breasts some fresh tomato that. I’ve just sliced fresh garlic some fresh breadcrumbs.some pesto, parmigiano-reggiano salt and pepper and olive oil now for the pesto.you want to get your oven hot to 425 450 450 because I need to get I need to eat dinner in like 10 minutes. so I need to make this as soon as possible okay so in here in my baking dish.I’ve lined it with some aluminum foil just for easy cleanup and I’m just going to drizzle it a little bit of olive oil because I don’t want the chicken to stick and also give it flavor and I’m just going to put my four chicken breasts on here this is a great great quick dinner.you can make it for two people in the same amount of time that you would be able to make it.

I’m going to sprinkle some salt and pepper on each one because I want to season every layer of the dish great and now.I am going to put a little bit of pesto on each one you’re going to probably need about a tablespoon of pesto for each chicken breast and as you can see I’m not touching the chicken breast with my spoon. I’m just dropping it off because I don’t want to throw away this pass so that I’m not using and if,I want to touch the chicken with my spoon and going back in here it’s not good don’t do that so now.I’m just going to spread the pesto evenly over the top of each chicken breast and like I said you’re going to need about a tablespoon or so of pesto per chicken breast that looks great so now what I’m going to do is I’m going to put a couple of slices of tomatoes on each chicken breast now I love this recipe for so many reasons but one of the big reasons is because it’s got you know a couple of things that.

I absolutely adore and that for me is the combination of anything with basil and tomatoes and this is just a great recipe it’s a go-to recipe it’s quick it’s easy. I love it just sprinkle the tomatoes with salt pepper because we definitely need to season this too but not too too much and now all I’m going to do is just set this aside and get going on my topping now what I’m looking for is juicy chicken breasts with lots of flavor and I want something crunchy because this is a relatively healthy recipe. I need to take a little bit of a crunch. I’m going to grate in here one garlic clove again tons of flavor not no fat no nothing the garlic is just always a go-to metallian won’t come on what do you think so get that in there then you’re going to grate in some parmesan reggiano you can grate as much or as little as you want I’m going to say about a quarter to a half a cup is going to do the job looking good and now I’m going to put just a little bit of olive oil for two things I need moisture and the olive oil is going to help the mixture Brown in the oven so, kill two birds with one stone there so just give this a good toss.I’m actually going to put some black pepper as well I’m not gonna put any salt in here because.
