1Let’s start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees then lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan next let’s prep the quiche ingredients we’ll need to chop one onion. we’ll need to drain one 10 ounce thawed package of frozen spinach squeeze the spinach to release all of its moisture finally we’ll need to shred enough Muenster cheese to make three cups.
2Now that the ingredients are ready let’s start cooking heat one tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the onions cook and stir the onions until they’re soft about three minutes. Then add the drained spinach continue to cook until all the excess moisture has evaporated.
3Remove the mixture from the heat now crack five eggs into a large bowl stro them with a whisk add a quarter teaspoon of salt. An eighth of a teaspoon of pepper and the shredded cheese and add in the spinach mixture and stir everything together to blend it well pour the mixture into the pie pan, and bake it for about thirty minutes or until the eggs have set let the quiche cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing it and that’s it crustless spinach quiche so easy no one will miss the crust.
