- Some Crepe Pastry Cream
- Ice Cream
- Chocolate Chips
Here’s what you need eggs, butter flour water and a pinch of salt and then to assemble. We’re going to use some vanilla ice cream and a chocolate sauce. I’m going to show you I make later let’s get cooking pour about a cup of water into a saucepan nice sized saucepan and a stick of butter.
Okay I’m going to put this in and you want to get this to come to a boil and once it does do I take it off the heat my butter and water come to a boil I’m just going to turn the heat off. Add a pinch of salt and we’re going to add the flour all at once. Now we want to do this really quickly just what I want a spoon or heatproof spatula this looks like a mess but it’s all going to come together. You’ll see just got to store it like crazy see it’s all starting to come together.
Now I’m going to turn the heat back on a medium heat medium high and you just want to whisk this well like crazy just for about a minute or so and then we’re going to put it into a bowl and start adding the eggs. okay let that in now one at a time. We’re going to add the four eggs you want to make sure that you eggs are room temperature and you want to make sure that you add the eggs one at a time and you want to stir every time you add on one and once that’s of cooperating. You add the next one. okay you want to just stir this it looks like a mess I do know that but it’s all going to come together and it’s one of the easiest things to make promise last one.
Now you want to make sure that you mix this really well. So this is your last egg make sure you clean up all the sides of your bowl. You want any dough left behind here we go your dough is ready. Now how easy was that people never make profiteroles at home. Because they think it’s so difficult. But it’s not it’s just a few ingredients a little bit of a arm workout. okay now you want to divide these in 12 mounds okay and these have to be baked about they have to had a lot of room to groove. When they’re baking so you just want to use two baking pans and do six on each one just to make sure that they don’t stick. okay take two spoons I’m just going to divide this like that take two spoons you don’t need any fancy equipment and there we go now that I have all my cream puffs on my baking sheet one very important thing.
You want to do make sure that you take a little bit of water dip your fingers in your water and smooth out your cream puffs because these little bits will burn and you just want to make sure that you had an even baking time with everything and then everything comes out nice and round way. It’s supposed to just a little bit of water in your hand and so like that perfect just shape on my little as you go along. Now that I find out all the tops.
