  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Salt
  • Baking Powder
  • Granualted Sugar
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Egg White
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Confetti Sprinkles
  • Whole Milk
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Cream
  • Vanilla Bean



You’ll need some all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, granulated sugar, unsalted butter that’s been softened at room temperature an egg white chocolate chips. you’ll need some confetti sprinkles a touch of whole milk and some vanilla extract that is it now.I’ve got my oven preheated to 350 I also have an 8 by 8 inch baking pan that is lined with parchment paper and sprayed with some nonstick spray that is ready and I’m going to make everything in my standing mixer fitted with a paddle attachment so that it makes my life easy peasy so let’s get started now blondie is kind of like a brownie but it’s blond it doesn’t have any chocolate it does have white chocolate chips.


I’ve got my butter and my sugar and I want to cream these together until it’s nicely combined then the meantime while that happens I’m just going to take my dry ingredients and just give them a mix just to combine the salt and the baking powder with the flour okay just going to scrape this off get it all mixed in there. I’m going to add my egg and a good splash of vanilla extract now make sure you use the royal vanilla extract and not imitation if you’ve got vanilla bean paste use that in here as well to really drive home that vanilla flavor. I’m going to just cream this up and then we’ll proceed and at our final ingredients okay I’m going to add my dry ingredients.I did scrape the sides of this down just to make sure everything was incorporated.


I’m going to add a splash of milk and I’m just going to let that mix until the dry ingredients are incorporated and then we’ll add our final two ingredients and then these babies are gonna go in the oven and then. I’m a ballet but first I got it better I’m gonna add in my chocolate chips white chocolate chips of course you could add other kinds of chocolate chips. I’m gonna stick with white and then most of my confetti sprinkles really again as much or as little as you want is completely your choice okay let me get this out of here I’ve saved a little bit more so that I can put it on top so good now I know some people will ask because you know when I make a batter with like chocolate chip muffins or things like that and it requires that you add a chocolate chips or nuts of any kind.


I like to mix it with a little bit of flour to ensure that the chocolate chips or the nuts won’t fall to the bottom but because this is not a bad or it’s more like a dough it’s like you know thicker consistency. I don’t have to do that because they will stay mix throughout a lot better because it’s not so liquidy they won’t fall so I hope that answers some questions okay I’m going to pop this out of here and into my prepared pan I want to get it all out and then just do your very best to kind of smooth this out as much as you can you can see how I’ve got the sides up higher of the baking of the parchment paper and that’s because it makes it so that I can completely lift these out when they’re done without any issues whatsoever just want to get this little bit out of my spatula and I’m going to lie to you I’m leaving some behind so that.


I can lick the spatula well honest like that we’ve known each other for like five years so,I’m going to tell you the truth and then date the remaining sprinkles or confetti sprinkles whatever you want to call them and sprinkle this all over the top and these are going to go into my preheated oven at 350 and they will be in there for around half an hour.I’m just going to warn you right now the smell of these baking will drive you insane it will smell like the most incredible bakery of life is their smell like vanilla and cookie dough and just fantastic nests I’m gonna pop these in let them bake let them cool and then we’ll serve my Blondie’s are in the oven for 30 minutes and truth be told is I’m honest with you like that these have only been calling for about 25 minutes.

6I should I can cook completely but it smells so good and I just I can’t I just can’t resist okay I just am you just stop judging me I have no willpower this smells so good and look at this lift and move and look at them look at that golden delightfulness.we get that all off and you can cut these as small or as big as you want I typically like to cut these into 16 pieces and I um I think that’s perfect size because these are I mean it’s good when you’re eating something sweet you know it’s usually quite rich so you don’t need something you know big piece a little piece.
