Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flou
  • Baking Soda
  • Brown Sugar
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • Eggs
  • Melted Butter
  • Vanilla Extract

You’ll need all purpose flour, baking soda, soft brown sugar, granulated sugar, semi-sweet chocolate chips, eggs, melted butter and of course some really good vanilla extract. I’ve got my oven preheated to 375 I have got a 9-inch.I like my brother oh I have a nine inch pie plate that I sprayed with some nonstick spray ready to go and I’m going to this the old-fashioned way in one of my very old bowls because.I just felt like it and I’m just going to do it with a 1 spoon and oh it’s I couldn’t tell I can remember this is so easy it’s so simple you going to just love it take both kinds of sugar.I mean come on who doesn’t love a giant chocolate chip cookie am I right or am i right so basically all the wet ingredients and that does include the sugar as well and a good drop of vanilla extract and all.I’m going to do is whisk all of these until it comes together and if you’ve got big chunks of brown sugar because you know that happens kind of go in there and give it a little stab a rube alright that’s good enough try not to be too picky about it because it’s not worth it then.

You add your dry ingredients and your chocolate chips and then you just mix everything together to combine now like. I said this can be baked two different ways if you like it really soft and molten in the center kind of like the center is not all cooked and when you scoop it is really soft and lovely then you would just cook it for five minutes less so,I’m going to cook mine for about 20 minutes so that it’s got sort of a soft Center but it’s set and the outside the edges are more like a cookie and the center is more like a soft cake type of texture but if,you want yours to really be soft and mixed with ice cream and stuff like that then you cook it for 15 minutes that’s really the only difference and I always like to cook mine on the upper third rack of my oven but you know not that big of a deal it just gives it better coloring that way but this looks perfect you can see we didn’t take very long at all you don’t need to take too long and like.

I said it’s one of those things that you know you can pull together in no time at all and it really impresses everyone and it’s all ingredients you probably already have on hand so if,you have people coming over last-minute this is great because it’s a real no-brainer and very minimal cleanup which sometimes you need that especially during a week you know then you just take your batter here your dough whatever you want to call it cookie dough cookie batter and then you just put it in here and it’s really sticky so just take your time and it looks like it won’t be enough for your 9 inch pie plate but it really will be because it does puff up as it bakes a little bit and now this audun needs is like.I said 20 minutes in a 375-degree oven better for the cook as a treat and then I want to show you what it looks like when it’s done then all right so my cookie cake was in the oven for exactly 20 minutes.

I just took it out a few minutes ago so it’s still plenty hot which is exactly how I like it and I kind of like to cut this very much how you would cut you know pizza if you will so just kind of go down the center and then across and then depending on how big or how small you want to make your slices.I want to just kind of show you how it all looks you can see and like.I said if you want to malt in if you want the center to look almost like a mulch on a lava cake then you just have to cook it for five minutes less but if you come close by just me touching it you can see it’s lovely and springy it’s not hard but it has all those beautiful flavors of a chocolate chip cookie so then because you know because why not you need a scoop of vanilla ice cream and if you’re feeling fancy in life you just do a drizzle of homemade chocolate sauce because why not hmm.
