Chocolate Banana Bread Recipe

Today, We are making Chocolate Banana Bread.


  • 120 Ml Of Milk
  • Add 1/4 Teaspoon Of Lime Juice
  • 3 Medium-Sized Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup Of Melted Butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Of Vanilla Extract
  • Lime Juice
  • 30 Grams Of Cocoa Powder
  • 200 Grams Of Caster Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Of Baking Powder
  • Baking Soda
  • 50 Gram Of Chocolate Chunk
  • 25 Grams Of Chopped Walnuts


1We first need 120 ml of milk I am going to add 1/4 teaspoon of lime juice to it and keep it aside for 10 minutes here I have 3 medium-sized bananas and I am going to mash them just use a simple fork to mash these bananas make sure that your bananas are ripe enough so that they don’t have any resistance while smashing to this. I am going to add 100 grams that is around 1/2 cup of melted butter then 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract then goes in a milk and lime juice mixture mix all of this well let’s keep this aside and mix our dry ingredients in a separate voice here I have 250 grams of meta that is around 2 cups to that I am going to add 30 grams of cocoa powder that is around 1/4 cup then goes in 200 grams of caster sugar that is 1 cup then 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda mix.

2I am using a whisk to do that now all we have to do is mix our dry ingredients into our wet in two batches we are going to use the cut and fold method to make the to cut fold so this I am going to add 1/4  cup that is 50 gram of Chocolate Chunk and 25 grams of chopped walnuts I am going to transfer the batter in a 9-inch loaf pan I have buttered this and put a parchment paper at the bottom I am going to  smoothen the top so that our loaf rises even things I am going to put some dark chocolate chips on top we have to bake this in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for around 55 to 60 minutes.our chocolate banana bread is out of the oven it took around 60 minutes to bake once it has cooled loose on the sides taking it out of the tin and remove the parchment paper slice it only when it has cooled completely.
