Today I have a little bit of a follow-up video to my boiled peanut tasting video.

- Raw sugar
1So we’re going to begin by washing our peanuts.
2Just rinse and wash them with lots of cold water until the water runs clear.
3So to a pound of peanuts add one gallon of cold water.
4Two tablespoons of sea salt.
5And two teaspoons of sugar i means raw sugar that’s why it’s a little Brown.
6Place your pot in the stove top and bring to a rapid boil.
7Then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 2 to 4 hours or until your peanuts are nice and tender.
