I’m going to show you how easy it is it really does require like three ingredients make the actual thing frozen banana, frozen berries, unsweetened vanilla, almond, milk. These are my toppings blueberries bananas flax seeds, and goji berries which I am obsessed with everything together makes for like a really yummy delicious refreshing snack but if you want to use this recipe as like a meal replacement if you want to use this for breakfast for example I would encourage you to add some protein maybe in the form of protein powder, maybe some Greek yogurt or even some peanut butter that way it will keep you full a lot longer but this just happens to be a really great snack that I am really enjoy. If you don’t want to do the berries you could do anything that you want you could do greens in here if you wanted to really the world is your pickle boo do what you want this just happens to be what we love so.

2I’m going to share with you how to do it a powerful blender and to it you’re going to add your frozen bananas, and your frozen berries along with your unsweetened vanilla, almond, milk. Don’t add it all at once add a half a cup and then go from there you might not mean all of it depending on how big your fruit is how much fur you have how frozen it is you know. All right put this baby on and don’t let it blend until smooth it was less a smoothie but you know same thing I try to be cute didn’t work out all right check the consistency it’s really really thick so if you want it thinner. You’re going to need to add some more almond, milk. I don’t I like it nice, and thick and that’s the beauty of a smoothie Bowl is that it’s thick enough to be eaten with a spoon. Then I just like to add additional fruit on top in the form of bananas because there is banana in there so I do like to be able to sort of bite on fresh bananas.

3Then I’ve got some blueberries because everything’s better with blueberries especially when it’s in the summer and you’ve got beautiful blueberries from the local farms around here because they are known you know we’re very close to hammington which is the blueberry capital of the world and I do like to brag about that because they’re really wonderful some goji berries for lovely crunch. I just love goji berries in general they’ve got such lovely sweetness and I don’t add any additional sweetness to this because I’d like to think that the berries and the goji berries together or sweet enough and that is what I love I love this so much and if it’s summertime I don’t think that there’s a better snack in the entire world it does taste like a wonderful berry banana I see some sort of ice cream it’s just mmm cold though it’s really good.
