Banana and Chocolate Chip Muffin Recipe

Today ,we’re going to make Banana and Chocolate Chip Muffin.


  • 8 eggs
  • Oregano
  • 2 Cups Of Mild Cheddar
  • 2 Cups Of Mozzarella
  • Original Crescent Rolls


1We have eight eggs that we’re going to beat and we’ve got a whole pound of mises sausage regular flavor not hot some oregano 2 cups of mild cheddar 2 cups of mozzarella and original crescent rolls. I hope if you turn the burner on look oh and you need to preheat the oven to 325 just station 225 okay so Jay has the pound of sausage and he’s just frying it up there so while he’s doing.I’m gonna start just beating these eggs around and they go okay the eggs are beaten and we switch places because Jay is actually supposed to be making this I’m going to let him do it and I’m just going to stir the sauce again get it done let him do all the creative stuff so I’m going to go ahead and put your cheese’s in here start the mozzarella cheddar 2 cups the mozzarella here pick up the mozzarella and teaspoon everything.we got all the eggs and cheese to bond.Jay has layered in the pan on top of the crescent rolls and our cheese oregano egg mixture it looks like there’s a lot of cheese for the little bit of egg.

2You can see the egg kind of soaked through the sausage so all that’s going to bake through the sausage is going to be and the crescent rolls are kind of going to be in the middle it looks like after the cheese gets. I mean the egg gets big and bakes up there you go put this in for about 25 or 30 minutes 25 to 30 minutes on 325 degrees see. what it looks like when I get stone right take it out of the oven now the timer just went off at 25 minutes so when it’s ready let’s see what it looks like after 25 minutes that’s good hmm let’s see if it’s done I also don’t like raw eggs yeah well maybe tilt one end up J and see if the egg if any of it comes over this way doesn’t appear to be runny like a knife and I also got some runny eggs.

3Now I’m going to be taking one cup of milk and slowly adding it in a little bit at a time and then we can go back and add some more of our dry ingredients and mix it together at the way I’m just going to keep repeating the process until everything is used up and our dough is formed.

4We got our plate ready so we’re going to test it on the camera I’m going to hand this to Jay and let him cut us off a little square I’m sure as it sits it will firm up a little bit more but we’re going to we just took out of the oven so I don’t know how it’s going to come out oh look at that okay here is another look at the finished breakfast casserole and here’s the piece that we’re going to try it’s gonna be really hot so what’s the permit it’s really good honey.
