We can start off with some fresh shrimp this is some tail on shelled deveined fresh shrimp. I’ve got some paprika and granulated garlic now in here to make the sauce this is some Mayo a little bit of Greek yogurt plain of course sriracha sweet chilli sauce.you need some scallions and salt and pepper into just a tad of olive oil.I’ve got my oven screaming hot at 450 degrees. I’ve got my baking sheet here ready let me move some stuff out of the way did you see the bang bang bang shrimp nobody never mind let’s not even go there shall we now very easy very simple.I’m going to take all the shrimp off it’s really important that your shrimp is dry hence why they are sitting or laying on paper towel because otherwise they will steam and not roast.I want about tablespoon and a half of extra-virgin olive oil light out of oil.
Whatever you fancy your garlic and your paprika paprika is really mostly for color because it’s not smoked paprika is just regular paprika some black pepper this already smells delicious by the way and just a teeny tad bit of salt.I’m just going to toss this together and want to coat the shrimp and that’s those spices and in nut oil get these spread out in a single layer.I’m going to pop these into the oven they’ll take less than 10 minutes shrimp takes no time at all to cook so keep an eye on it.I’m going to say it’s probably going to be done around the 8 minute mark then.I’m going from cool slightly in the meantime.we’ll get going on stirring up our sauce which trust me.I’m just going to pop these in now I’m adding just a tiny tad bit of salt pepper to my sauce and all.
I’m going to do is thinly slice my scallions because I’m gonna just add them right in cuz this really is just the whole thing together is what’s really good and the reason why I like to use a little bit of Greek yogurt and not all Mayo.I like a little bit of Tang I like a little bit of something that just doesn’t make this so flat if that if,you know I’m talking about I feel like if it’s all Mayo it’s delicious but it’s a little flat by adding a little bit of Greek yogurt or you can use sour cream if,you want to I just always haven’t have Greek yogurt on hand gives you a little bit of Tang a little more dimension to the flavor profile really good but if you don’t have it on hand and you don’t want to make a specific trip to the store to get it by all means use all mayo or if you have sour cream use that add that straight in give everything a stir now really it’s best if you make the sauce a little bit of ahead of time and then just stick it in the fridge to set for a while all those flavors will marry it is good stuff this is a really good stir.
I’m going to just plate this up and wait for the shrimp to be ready my shrimp was in the oven for just eight minutes.I took it out and let it kind of cool down just a little bit now that salivating.I’m actually gonna do with this one because it has no Kael makes it easier for me you know all about this off trust me mmm slightly tangy but it screaming it’s so flavorful oh it’s just the shrimp is good too I’m one of those people that is so yummy.
