I want to share my recipe for bacon-wrapped jalapeno peppers.
- 6 Jumbo Jalapeno Peppers
- 8 Ounces Of Cream Cheese
- 1 Pound Of Bacon
1First things first what you will need will be 6 jumbo jalapeno peppers 8 ounces of cream cheese and 1 pound of bacon now I did so the first thing I did i rinsed off my peppers in cool water and then I cut off the stems now I am cutting them lengthwise I’m going to use a spoon to dig out all of those seeds because we do not need them in there.
2You know what if the seeds don’t come out how you like them you can rinse them again under cool water to get rid of those stubborn little seeds that may be stucked in the cavity so what I’m going to do next I’m going to stuff these with our cream cheese I’m using softened cream cheese regular cream cheese at bath and I’m just going to get a spoon and place the cream cheese in the cavity of the pepper once I’m done doing that I’m going to get some bacon I’m going to lay it lay my bacon flat on my chopping board.
3Then I’m going to roll my pepper to make sure you wrap the bacon all the way around that way you’re making sure you’re securing the cream cheese so when we do put these in the oven you don’t have the cream cheese leaking everywhere you want the cream cheese to stay in place so what I’m using I just have a little metal rack here that I got from the Dollar Tree in a big pan I lined my baking pan with aluminum foil and then I’m going to place my peppers on that rack this is going to get rid of all the excess fat that drains from the bacon.
4We don’t want our jalapeno peppers just to sit in fat so this is going to be a necessity so if you can get to the Dollar Tree or if you already have a nice little rack you’re definitely going to want to do this thing once again these racks are available at the Dollar Tree you don’t want to spend an arm and leg on one so we’re going to put those in the oven on 375 for 25 to 30 minutes. When they come out this is what they’re going to look out delicious.
