Today I’m going to make some Bacon-Wrapped Pineapple Bites
- Chunk Pineapple
- Brown Sugar
- Wooden Skewers
- Some Water
- Some Bacon
1You’ll need a can of chunk pineapple that you’ve drained you’ll need some bacon that you’ve sliced in half this is a pound. You’ll need brown sugar
and you’ll need some wooden skewers or toothpicks that you’ve soaked in some water.
2so that they don’t burn when we put them in the oven you’re also going to need to preheat your oven to 375 degrees and you’ll need a broiler pan or a cookie sheet that has a rack and I have lined mine with some nonstick aluminum foil but you can spray it with cooking spray if you don’t have this
foil to start this recipe.
3I’m going to take some bacon and this is a pound of bacon that I’ve cut in half and we’re going to take a piece of the bacon and kind of dredge it
into the brown sugar then I’m going to take a piece of the pineapple.
4I’m going to wrap it in the bacon then we’re going to take one of the wooden skewers and secure it and put it on our baking sheet. I’m just going to
continue to I have them all done okay these are the last two I’m gonna have some pineapple left over but but that’s okay okay so now what we’re going to do is take the rest of the brown sugar and just sprinkle it over top now what I’m going to do with these is put them in my preheated oven it’s at
375 and I’m going to put them in for 20 minutes after 20 minutes.
5I’m going to turn up boiler on and let them broiler for about three minutes my appetizer is done I took them out of the oven and this is what they
look like now I’m going to put them on a serving platter here they all are on a serving plate these are bacon-wrapped pineapple bites I hope you enjoy them.
