Today, We’re doing some bacon beef steak rolls on the grill.
- Some Bacon
- Some Onion
- Some Garlic
- Cube Steaks
- Little Bit Of Salt
- Little Bit Of Pepper
- Some Green Onion
- Some Chopped Garlic
- Smoked Chili Pepper
- Cold Chipotle
- Steak Marinade
1We’ve got some bacon and you want to get yourself some real good quality bacon and here we’ve got some onions garlic.you want to use your favorite spices. I said these are cube steaks they’re cut from a pretty tough part of the beef right it’s either the top round bottom round and even though. They’re machine tenderized to make this recipe work.
You gotta tenderize them some more so I’m just taking a meat mallet here and continue to break down those tissues in there make it nice and tender and you got to do this step all right so you just go ahead and hit him with a meat mallet break it down thin it out a little bit add some salt and pepper. Some onions some chopped garlic here whatever your favorite seasoning is and then you take these beef steaks here.
3You roll them up just like a doll right just like that simple enough now, if you’ve never had one of these beefsteak rolls before definitely got to
check this out real good for tailgating backyard parties just kicking back now, I’ve got some chopped green onion some fresh chopped garlic a little bit of salt a little bit of pepper roll them up good oh yeah now here.
4I’ve got a smoked chili pepper it’s a cold Chipotle all right let’s throw a little bit of that in there roll it up with more salt now be sure to make
a bunch of these man because he tastes even better left over. What I mean oh yeah all right now you could marinate this steak beforehand as well that will further tenderize it maybe two or three hours in a good steak marinade.
5Now here’s the magic these bacon beef steak rolls you’re going to take this bacon you’re going to wrap now you could use a single wrap like this all
right roll together real good get home of your what yeah all right give it a rap that now you’re not gonna need any toothpicks keep this bacon on or I don’t know what those fancy chef shows to show you now you wrap them like this and then you’re gonna place
6some opposite two hot coals and this bacon continue to constrict around this beef steak here and I’ll hold out nice and tight all right that’s the
way you do it just like that all right through the miracle of time these bacon beefsteak rolls are ready for the grill all right now we’re going to be cooking these rolls here about 250 to 275 degrees again opps the hot coals indirect.
7It’s a little while the bacon to cook evenly and slow it’s gonna take about oh maybe an hour and a half going slow man good enough to need already
running oh yeah all right now we’re about to an hour maybe hour and 15 minutes into this you can see what’s going on here Bacon’s wrapped tight here we’re throwing on some barbecue sauce this is optional you got some good sauce kicking around you want to hit him for another layer of flavor just
like that but to cover on maybe another 15-20 minutes all right it’s time to eat.
