We are going to make Antipasto Squares.
- Crescent Rose From Pillsbury
- Provolone Cheese
- A Quarter Of A Pound Of Sweat
- Red Peppers
- Three Eggs
- Parmesan Cheese
- Macaroni Stone Or Potatoes
1I’m going to spray it with pan now I am using the big and buttery crescent rose from Pillsbury because they’re 50% bigger and it’s easier to line your pan with them so I’m going to take those I already kind of have it started and I’m gonna line them down in the pan sometimes you got to kind of work with them to get them separated kind of like that so now we have our pan lines and I am going to take a half a pound each of sandwich pepperoni hard salami.
2I’m just going to layer these on top of the crescent roll so now I’m going to start with some sandwich of brownie remember this is a half a pound each but each so now I’m going to layer some ham on top of our heart salami and pepperoni our Virginia baked ham is on sale this week for $2.99 a pound on top of the ham we’re going to layer some provolone cheese this is a quarter of a pound of provolone and a quarter of a pound of sweat.
3I’m gonna take my jar of roasted red peppers these are plastic roasted red peppers and these are already cut up into strips for you you can also get the Geo routes of red peppers but then you’ll just have to cut them up yourself so I’m gonna kind of spread those around on there in a large bowl I’m gonna take three eggs some pepper I just kind of eyeball it you want to throw a lot of pepper in there to give it a lot of taste and quite a bit of Parmesan cheese.
4I’ll make it a little bit thick when you whisk it together that up and I’m gonna take half of that and I’m going to pour it over our meat and cheese and we’ll reserve the rest of that because they’re going to brush it on top so on top of that I’m going to take my second crescent roll loosen it up a little bit these are easier to loosen up if you have them right out of the fridge those ones I’ve been kind of sitting out for a couple minutes as we were prepping here.
5We’re just gonna roll that on top and brush the rest of the egg mixture on top of that hey so you’re gonna want to put this in the oven it’s preheated 350 degrees for 45 minutes I put it in for 30 minutes with oil and then for the last 15 minutes I take the foil off so it’ll get nice and brown smooth while our Ana pasta squares are baking.
6We’re going to talk to Renee our deli manager here at New Cumberland sparkle about some of the tray options that we have down here now we have a couple displayed here we can what can you tell us about these drinks okay let’s try to do sandwich regular sandwich ring comes with a choice of macaroni stone or potatoes in the middle.
