Today I’m Going To Show You How To Make An Eye Of Round Roast.
- 1/2 Of An Eye Of Ground
- Olive Oil
- Truffle Oil
1So I have about a 1/2 of an eye of ground what I’m going to do is I’m going to stick this on the fat side up in a pan amazing how easy this is and I’m simply going to drizzle a little bit of oil over it now I have some fancy white truffle oil or you can use just plain old olive oil both are going to work really well I’m going to use a little bit of the truffle oil and a little bit of the olive oil.
2If you don’t have a truffle oil that’s fine it doesn’t really matter and then I’m going to drizzle on a little bit a olive oil minute come in just for that around a little bit next thing I’m going to do is go ahead and salt and pepper the heck out of this yeah so often people don’t realize that when you’re making a roast
3I’m gonna wipe my hands off I’m going to come back and add some salt alright so I’m going to finish it off with um just some kosher salt this recipe is really really easy you only really need roast a little bit of vegetable oil some salt and pepper you want to go ahead and coat it pretty pretty well so I coated it fairly well and the next I’m going to do is I’m going to stick it in an oven that’s heated to 350 degrees.
4Now this isn’t like a pot roast where we actually cook it and liquid we’re actually trying to roast the meat here so we’re going to cook this mine’s about three pounds here so I’m going to cook it to the internal temperature is about 145 degrees and I’m going to pull it out when it reaches that temperature so let me go ahead and put this in the oven.
5So we’ve just made in I of round roast and about took me about two two and a half hours to roast this we just roasted it very slowly at 350 degrees is so easy we just put salt pepper little oil on here it’s going to be fantastic.
